承德钢铁公司是河北省唯一使用钒钛磁铁矿作为主要炼铁原料的钢铁企业,但目前承钢钒钛烧结矿的强度和冶金性能不好,严重制约了高炉的顺行和炼铁系统成本的降低。采用光学显微镜研究了配碳量对承钢钒钛烧结矿显微结构的影响,对提高其烧结矿质量提供了理论依据。结果表明,随着w(C)由4.0%提高到5.5%,赤铁矿体积分数减少20%左右,磁铁矿增加,树枝状钙钛矿体积分数升高,由10%提高到25%,钒钛烧结矿的强度降低,还原性下降,RDI+3.15升高。综合来讲,过高的配碳量不利于烧结矿的质量,应控制在4.5%左右。
