Determining the parameters of heat and mass exchange between the coal pile and the air passing through it is of great importance in formulating new and perfecting existing methods of preventing internal fires. In order to study this problem, thermodynamic analysis was carried out on the experimental results of staff of Dongfang Coal Industry Institute of Safety Production. The laboratory is located in the 12-15 meters thick of Kalinin Coal Mine Management Office of Prokopyevsk Coal Union Company , Dip angle of 64 ~ 66 ° in the coal seam. In the three sections of 8 × 9 m ~ 2, 45 meters long in each chamber storage 2700 tons of coal, and make it to maintain the optimum air leakage in the coal spontaneous combustion conditions of the dynamic state.
