针对目前有轨引导系统灵活性差、固定引导轨道更改麻烦等缺陷,提出一种依靠红外光源引导移动机器人到达目的地的设计方案并对机器人移动过程中偏差预估补偿等关键技术进行分析验证。系统主要由移动机器人与多个信标组成,机器人通过无线通信控制相应的信标开启红外光发射管发射红外光引导机器人至目的地。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the poor flexibility of the rail guidance system and the troublesome changes of the fixed guide rail, a design scheme of relying on the infrared light source to guide the mobile robot to the destination is proposed and the key technologies such as bias estimation compensation during the movement of the robot are analyzed and verified. The system is mainly composed of a mobile robot and multiple beacons. The robot controls the corresponding beacons through wireless communication and turns on the infrared light emitting tube to emit infrared light to guide the robot to the destination.
