目的探讨早期肠内营养在消化道肿瘤术后的临床应用价值。方法2000年2月~2006年1月收治154例消化道肿瘤,随机分为早期肠内营养组(76例)和完全肠外营养组(78例),分析两组病人术后平均住院日、并发症及术后恢复情况的差异。结果术后平均住院日早期肠内营养组比肠外组缩短(P<0.05);并发症发生率减少(P<0.01)。结论消化道肿瘤术后早期肠内营养可明显改善患者的营养状况,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of early enteral nutrition in postoperative gastrointestinal cancer. Methods A total of 154 cases of gastrointestinal tumors were enrolled from February 2000 to January 2006. The patients were randomly divided into early enteral nutrition group (n = 76) and complete parenteral nutrition group (n = 78). The average postoperative hospital stay, Complications and postoperative recovery of the differences. Results The mean early postoperative enteral nutrition group was shorter than that of the parenteral group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications was decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition after digestive tract cancer can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worth promoting.
