为了比较磁固位与杆固位两种形式种植全口覆盖义齿的生物力学效应，建立了二者的数学力学模型，采用三维有限元法计算其在相同的垂直和水平荷载下，下颌种植体周围骨内的应力峰值并进行比较。结果表明，种植体与义齿间的固位方式对种植体周围的骨内应力有明显影响；在荷载相同的条件下，磁固位全口覆盖义齿的种植体周围骨内应力较杆固位者明显降低，因而前者更有利于种植体周围牙槽骨组织的健康，为种植义齿的远期成功创造条件。本研究的结论对于临床种植义齿上部结构的设计有参考价值。
In order to compare the biomechanical effects of two types of full denture covered with magnetic retention and rod retention, the mathematical mechanics model of the two kinds of full denture implants was established.
