基于有限理性约束下的微观视角,本文讨论了企业动态能力与战略决策的关联效应,并在相关理论的基础上构建了两者交互作用的机理模型。通过对模型的理论解说及函数推理,本文指出企业战略决策受到有限理性实现程度的影响,所有为达到与决策目标相匹配的有限理性实现程度的努力,都是为了尽可能的降低决策过程中的心智成本,同时指出企业动态能力与战略决策之间存在交互影响,且企业动态能力受到企业决策者有限理性实现程度的影响。本研究在一定程度上拓展了有限理性实现程度理论的实际应用。
Based on the microscopic perspective of bounded rationality constraints, this paper discusses the correlative effects between dynamic capabilities and strategic decisions of enterprises, and builds a mechanism model of the interaction between the two based on relevant theories. Through the theoretical explanation and function reasoning of the model, this paper points out that the strategic decision-making of enterprises is affected by the degree of bounded rationality. All the efforts to achieve the degree of bounded rationality matching with the decision-making goal are to reduce the At the same time, it points out the interactive influence between the dynamic capability and the strategic decision of the enterprise, and the dynamic capability of the enterprise is affected by the limited rationality of the enterprise policy makers. To a certain extent, this study expands the practical application of the theory of the degree of bounded rationality.
