近年随着降糖药物种类增多,临床医生在选择与应用降糖药物方面存在不少问题。为此,美国糖尿病协会(ADA)和欧洲糖尿病研究学会(EASD)再次组织召集专家进行讨论,对2012版降糖策略推荐意见[1,2]进行了更新。此次更新2015年2型糖尿病管理指南发表在Diabetes Care杂志上,继续强调对2型糖尿病患者高血糖进行个体化治疗。
In recent years, with the increase of hypoglycemic drugs, clinicians have many problems in the selection and application of hypoglycemic drugs. To this end, the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) once again organized experts to discuss the 2012 version of hypoglycemic strategy recommendations [1,2] were updated.
