目的了解金牛区所辖社区卫生服务中心、诊所消毒质量现况。方法现场采样空气、物表、医生手等样品,按照《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)评价。结果社区卫生服务中心共监测采样2次,采样157份,2009年社区卫生服务中心消毒质量监测总体合格率为87.50%。诊所监测采样2次,总体监测合格率为63.43%,2009年物体表面合格率为92.99%,医务人员手合格率为79.51%,护士手合格率为86.25%。结论金牛区社区卫生服务中心、诊所消毒质量整体比较好。
Objective To understand the community health centers under the jurisdiction of Jinniu District, clinic quality of disinfection. Methods Samples of air, surface meters and doctors’ hands were collected on site and evaluated in accordance with the Standard for Hospital Disinfection and Hygiene (GB15982-1995). Results The community health service center monitored and sampled 2 times in a total of 157 samples. The overall qualification rate of disinfection quality monitoring in community health service centers in 2009 was 87.50%. The clinic monitored and sampled 2 times, the overall monitoring qualified rate was 63.43%. In 2009, the passing rate of the surface of the object was 92.99%. The passing rate of the medical staff was 79.51% and that of the nurses was 86.25%. Conclusion Jinniu community health service centers, clinics overall disinfection quality is better.
