三、凑兩齒輪中心距離,以適合机床設計上的需要机床设計時,往往由於以下幾个原因,必須应用角度变位齒輪以適合机床設計的需要。 (1)能解决变速箱設計時,齒輪对的齒數和太大,及兩軸間距离太远的問題。机床設計時,为了避免齒輪尺寸和兩軸間距离太大,故規定齒輪对的齒數和尽量取2Z_0≤100,極限值2Z_0≤120;同時,傳動比又必須符合規定的公比。为了同時滿足上述兩个条件,往往須应用角度变位齒輪。今举例說明如下: 假如拟在某机床变速箱兩軸间設計四对齒輪,公比φ=1.26,轉数分佈圖如[圖六]所示。軸I、Ⅱ間各輪齒数可用下面方法計算:
