为适应全面从严治党新的实践需要,唤醒党章党规党纪意识,维护党章的权威,2015年10月21日,中共中央印发《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》、《中国共产党纪律处分条例》。《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》、《中国共产党纪律处分条例》认真贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神,坚持依规治党与以德治党相结合,紧扣廉洁自律主题,重申党的理想信念宗旨、优良传统作风,重在立德,是面向全体党员的规范全党廉洁自律工作的重要基础性法规,是对党章规定的具体化,体现全面从严治党实践成果,为党员和党员领导干部树立一个看得见、够得着的高标准,展现共产党人高尚道德追求,对于深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,依规以德治党,重构政治生态,加强党内监督,永葆党的先进性和纯洁性,具有鲜明的重要意义。
