为深入研究振动破碎机的刚散耦合非线性动力学问题,本文针对专门设计的单质量单边冲击振动破碎系统,用数值模拟方法研究了其动力学响应,重点分析了系统主共振和1/2亚谐共振的特点,得到了物料非线性力对系统动力学响应的影响规律。为耦合动力学的深入研究和振动破碎机的动力学设计奠定了基础。
In order to further study the nonlinear dynamic problem of the vibration disperser, the dynamic response of the single-side impact vibration and vibration system with a single-quality design was studied by numerical simulation. The main resonance and 1 / 2 subharmonic resonance characteristics of the material nonlinear force on the system dynamics response law. It lays the foundation for further research on coupling dynamics and dynamic design of vibratory crusher.
