陈锡文中央农村工作领导小组办公室主任论文标题:《中国特色农业现代化的几个主要问题》首发于《改革》2012年第10期内容提要:现代农业是相对于传统农业而言的。我国迫切需要走出一条中国特色的农业现代化道路。加快农业现代化进程,要不断提高耕地产出率、资源利用率和劳动生产率,为农业增产、农民增收、农村繁荣注入强劲动力。推进农业现代化要与工业化、城镇化有机联动,并建立一个适合国情、适合市场经济要求的组织和制度体系。

Our country urgently needs to get out of a road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. To speed up the process of agricultural modernization, we must continuously raise the rate of cultivated land output, resource utilization and labor productivity so as to inject a strong impetus into the agricultural increase of output, the increase of peasants, and the prosperity of rural areas. To promote agricultural modernization and industrialization, urbanization and organic linkage, and to establish a suitable national conditions, suitable for the requirements of the market economy organizational and institutional system.
