今年三月下旬,安徽省无为县县委、县政府组团,经盐城老区,走齐鲁大地,一路观察、感想颇多,现就观感所及,整理如下:一、苏北、山东的经验启示经验启示一:与时俱进、敢于尝试.盐城是个革命老区,但那里的干部和群众工作、思想观念正在日益更新,那里的农业管理体制、经营机制正在进行脱胎换骨的变革.全市现已建立农业专业化合作社319个,入社人员40万人.
