对DD3材料单晶涡轮叶片进行了应力循环和应力、温度同时循环下蠕变计算,得到了叶片在两种情况下的循环蠕变结果,并对两种结果和静态蠕变作了对比分析,从而为了解叶片在实际变工况下的循环蠕变行为提供了理论依据。
The DD3 monocrystalline turbine blades were subjected to stress cycling and stress creep calculation under the condition of simultaneous temperature cycling. The cyclic creep results of the blades under two conditions were obtained. The two results and the static creep were compared. Which provides a theoretical basis for understanding the cyclic creep behavior of the blade under actual conditions.
