针对某国产车型前悬架设计不合理问题,建立该悬架运动学模型,分析前轮定位参数随前轮垂向运动的变化情况;通过灵敏度分析,找出了对悬架各性能参数影响较大的硬点变量;通过对关键硬点坐标的调整,选出最优方案,使该悬架各参数均得到优化,同时也使前束变化规律趋于合理;结论表明,悬架性能得到明显提升,对悬架的改进优化具有指导意义。
