职业院校的教学目标是培养学生的专业技能,专业认同感的强弱会直接影响职业院校的教学质量,所以要想提高学生的专业能力,实现更加理想的教学效果,学校需要注重对学生专业认同感的培养。我国对职业院校学生专业认同研究起步较晚,与国外研究相比处于落后水平,但是随着相关研究的持续深入,也取得了一定的研究成果,对培养高职院校学生专业认同感具有借鉴作用。本文强调了职业院校学生专业认同感的重要性,根据影响职业院校学生专业认同的具体因素,对中外职业院校对学生专业认同干预的经验与启示进行分析。
