谁曾料到,洪泽县交通系统会在较短的时间内发生如此惊人的变化: 1993年全系统实现工业和运输总营收33300.2万元,实现利税157.7万元,完成规费征收2366.4万元,分别比上年增长64.6％、110.3％和190.3％;今年1至2月,实现总营收423.94万元,利税20万元,均比去年同期有较大幅度增长。 一些被称为全系统乃至全县老大难且长年亏损的企业获得了新生;一些企事业单位在全县和全市率先实行了公有民营、风险抵押承包的机制改革。
Who expected, Hongze County traffic system will be such a surprising change within a relatively short period of time: In 1993 the whole system to achieve the total industrial and transportation revenues 333002000 yuan, profits and taxes 1.577 million yuan, to complete the collection of fees 2366.4 million Yuan respectively, up by 64.6%, 110.3% and 190.3% respectively over the previous year; from January to February this year, the total revenue was 4,239,400 yuan and profits and taxes were 200,000 yuan, both representing a substantial increase over the same period of last year. Some enterprises, known as system-wide and even entire county dilemmas and long-term losses, gained some new life. Some enterprises and institutions took the lead in implementing the mechanism reform of public-owned private and risk-based mortgage contracts in the whole county and the whole city.
