在日益激烈的医疗市场竞争中,医院一方面要增强生存与竞争意识,满足广大群众不断增长的医疗需求;另一方面还要考虑如何提高医院的经济效益,实现医院持续、快速发展。本文主要对如何提高医院经济效益的途径进行分析与探讨。
In the increasingly fierce competition in the medical market, hospitals should enhance the awareness of survival and competition to meet the growing medical needs of the broad masses of the people. On the other hand, they must also consider how to improve the hospital’s economic efficiency and achieve sustained and rapid development of the hospital. This article mainly analyzes and discusses ways to improve the economic benefits of the hospital.
