The construction company’s Donghao contracting is based on the labor combination composed of the participating construction workers as the main contractor’s operating contracting method, and the Dongying contractor is the basic unit of the grassroots organization, management, and economic responsibility system. By means of this primary form of operation and contracting, the transition to the project contracting and operating mode of the construction industry has taken place.
