在医疗体制改革的大背景下,我国各大小医院的管理体制发生了一些变化,现代化管理水平得到提高。然而,由于多种因素的影响,医院的人力资源管理仍然存在着一些问题,影响到员工的工作积极性,并进而影响到医疗服务质量。若要改善这一情况,医院有必要实施有力的改革措施,重新建构人力资源管理模式。本文参照激励理论,对医院人力资源管理部门改革管理模式,应用激励理论的方式方法做了分析与探讨。
Under the background of the reform of the medical system, some changes have taken place in the management system of all major hospitals in our country, and the level of modern management has been raised. However, due to many factors, there are still some problems in the human resources management of the hospital, affecting the staff’s enthusiasm for work and thus affecting the quality of medical services. To improve the situation, it is necessary for the hospital to implement vigorous reform measures to re-establish the human resources management mode. Based on the theory of motivation, this paper analyzes and discusses the ways of reforming and managing the hospital human resources management department and applying the theory of motivation.
