目的 研究MODS大鼠胃粘膜内pH在山莨菪碱与地塞米松联用治疗过程中的变化。方法 Wistar大鼠40只,制成失血创伤+内毒素感染模型之后,随机分为2组,治疗组(15只),山莨菪碱与地塞米松联用进行救治;模型组(15只),仅应用相应剂量生理盐水;其他做正常组(10只)。三组动物于24h后抽取动脉血,剖腹抽取胃液。利用Herderson-Hasseelbalch方程计算出phi。结果 正常组大鼠phi=7.4±0.20,模型组大鼠phi=6.9±0.10,治疗组大鼠phi=7.3±0.10。结论 治疗组大鼠的胃粘膜内pH逆转并接正正常值,可能是山莨菪碱与地塞米松能够减轻MODS大鼠胃粘膜损伤的重要原因。
Objective To study the changes of gastric mucosal pH in MODS rats during the combination therapy of anisodamine and dexamethasone. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (15), anisodamine combined with dexamethasone for treatment; model group (15), model group Only the corresponding dose of saline was used; others were normal group (10). Three groups of animals were drawn arterial blood after 24h, gastric laparotomy. The phi is calculated using the Herderson-Hasseelbalch equation. Results The normal group phi = 7.4 ± 0.20, the model group phi = 6.9 ± 0.10, the treatment group phi = 7.3 ± 0.10. Conclusions The reversal of gastric mucosal pH and the connection with normal values in the treatment group may be an important reason for anisodamine and dexamethasone to relieve gastric mucosal injury in MODS rats.
