于松昌同志是新时期农业科技战线上涌现出来的先进典型,是基层农业科技人员的优秀代表,是我省科技工作者学习的榜样。他40年如一日,扎根农村,置身田野,潜心科研,专业育种,为农业科技创新、农村产业结构优化、农民增收致富进行了探索实践,在“大众创业,万众创新”上,发挥了先进示范、典型引路的积极作用,为一线科技农业工作者肩扛国家粮食安全政治责任、躬身践行“三严三实”树立了标杆。于松昌的先进事迹被《河南日报(农村版)》报道后,南阳市委书记穆为民和方城县委书记褚清黎先后做出批示,号召广大党员和农技工作者向于松昌学习。现将报道全文予以转发,以飨读者。
