介绍一种用于电控柴油喷射系统的脉冲电磁控制阀及其智能驱动器。基于对脉冲电磁控制阀的动态电磁特性的试验研究,通过改进导磁体使用的磁性材料,减小了电磁阀的磁响应时间,大大提高了电磁控制阀的快速响应性能。智能驱动器采用主动高频脉宽调制,实现了脉冲电磁阀驱动能量注入方式的智能控制,确保脉冲电磁控制阀在电控柴油喷射系统中准确、可靠地工作;并利用二阶电流微分信号反馈电磁控制阀的关闭始点,实现喷射定时的精确控制。
A pulse electromagnetic control valve and its intelligent driver for electronically controlled diesel injection system are introduced. Based on the experimental research on the dynamic electromagnetic characteristics of the pulse electromagnetic control valve, the magnetic response time of the electromagnetic valve is reduced by improving the magnetic material used for the magnetic conductor, thereby greatly improving the quick response performance of the electromagnetic control valve.
