当前,职业教育信息化的关键在于培养一支信息素养高和信息化教学能力强的职业教育师资队伍。信息化教学设计能力作为信息时代职业院校教师必须掌握的核心能力之一,我们必须予以重视。文章从剖析全国职业院校信息化教学大赛评价标准出发,详细论述了职业院校教师信息化教学设计能力提升的策略。
At present, the key of vocational education informatization lies in cultivating a team of vocational education teachers with high information literacy and informative teaching ability. As one of the core competences of vocational college teachers in information age, we must pay attention to the ability of informational instructional design. Based on the analysis of the evaluation criteria of informationization teaching competition in vocational colleges nationwide, the article discusses in detail the strategy of enhancing the ability of teachers’ informational instructional design in vocational colleges.
