十一届三中全会以来,我国私营经济得到了迅猛的发展,特别是1992年春邓小平视察南方发表重要讲话后,私营经济呈现出前所未有的强劲发展势头。截止到1995年底,在国家工商行政管理部门登记注册的私营企业共有65.5万户,从业人员956万人(其中投资者134万人),注册资金额2621亿元。自1992年以来,私营企业的户数与从业人数每年都以50％以上、注册资金额以80％以上的速度递增。在未来10年中,私营经济仍将保持较快的发展速度。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China’s private economy has witnessed rapid development. Especially after Deng Xiaoping inspected the south in the spring of 1992 and delivered an important speech, the private economy showed an unprecedented momentum of development. As of the end of 1995, a total of 655,000 private-owned enterprises registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce had 9.56 million employees (including 1.34 million investors) and a registered capital of 262.1 billion yuan. Since 1992, the number of private-owned enterprises and employees has been increasing by more than 50% every year, and the registered capital has increased by more than 80%. In the next 10 years, the private economy will still maintain a relatively fast pace of development.
