针对IEC 61850标准缺乏功能实现和软件配置方面描述的问题,分析了IEC61850标准和IEC 61499标准结合的需求性和合理性.通过IEC 61850模型与IEC61499模型的具体映射,设计了一种基于IEC 61850/61499标准的逻辑功能块,来实现其封装性、可重用性和可配置性.同时具体分析了闭锁逻辑功能块CILO_FB的状态机和算法,设计了一个简单的分布式闭锁系统,仿真实现也证明了两个标准结合的可行性.
According to the lack of functional implementation and software configuration described in the IEC 61850 standard, the necessity and rationality of the IEC61850 standard and the IEC 61499 standard are analyzed.Through the concrete mapping between the IEC 61850 model and the IEC61499 model, an IEC 61850 / 61499 standard logic function block to realize its encapsulation, reusability and configurability.At the same time, the state machine and algorithm of the block logic function block CILO_FB are analyzed in detail, and a simple distributed lockout system is designed.
