目前我国大多数的残疾人分布在农村地区,特殊教育的发展存在着严重的区域差异,农村特殊人群大多数没有得到较好的教育与治疗。在铜仁市,各类特殊人群专门协会主要建立在县级以上区域,各县乃至县级以下各农村区域均未有特殊教育服务站的设置,只有在相关的极少的县级城市设有特殊教育学校。本文针对铜仁市农村特殊教育的相关服务现状,创设线上线下相结合的服务站模式,旨在为农村地区特殊人群提供相关的特殊教育服务。
