名师呈现的是一种境界。回溯三位名师从一名普通教师走向教育名家、教育大家的成长过程,其实就是为了追求自己的教育理想,不断学习积累、不断思考探索、不断创新超越的过程。认定了奋斗的目标,持之以恒地攀登,才能“一览众山小”。教师成为名家要靠修炼。其实每个教师都有可能成为名师,但事实上不是每个教师都能够成为名师,这其中起决定作用的,就是每个人在修炼上所花工夫的不同,当然还包括一点悟性和灵气。每个教师心底都有一个梦,梦想自己也能成为名师。本板块呈现了“挑战名师”的七位年轻教师的课例,透过这些课例,我们能够看出他们自行锻造职业技能、丰富职业素养、修炼职业精神、追求职业理想的“痕迹”,也能够看出他们一步步走向名师的前行足印……
