目的:通过实行运动式分诊,减少医疗纠纷的发生,提升门诊服务质量和水平。方法:在门诊分诊过程中采取电子排队叫号与运动式分诊结合的方法。由2~3名护士经常巡视,主动观察就诊和候诊患者的病情变化,发现患者病情突变及时处理或残疾人、年老体弱患者给优先就诊。结果:2 a内我院门诊无任何医疗纠纷发生,改善了就诊秩序,提高了门诊服务的满意度、树立了医院的良好形象。结论:实行运动式分诊提高了患者满意度,树立了医院窗口形象。
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the incidence of medical disputes and improve the quality and level of outpatient services by implementing sports triage. Methods: In the outpatient consultation process to take the electronic queuing and sports triage combined method. By 2 to 3 nurses often visit, take the initiative to observe the treatment and waiting patient’s condition changes, found that patients with sudden or sudden illness, disabled people, frail elderly patients give priority treatment. Results: Within 2 years, there was no medical dispute in our clinic, which improved the order of medical treatment and improved the satisfaction of outpatient services and established a good image of the hospital. Conclusion: The exercise of triage improves patient satisfaction and establishes a hospital window image.
