维生素C中水份含量是一项重要的质量指标,一般要求低于0.2%。目前工厂生产中采用重量法测定,费时而且不准确。有人曾用卡尔·费舍法测定,但不适用。鉴于气相色谱法测定水份已在其它领域中广泛应用,本文将其应用于维生素C中微量水份的测定。把维生素C样品加热溶于一定体积的脱水正丁醇中,冷却后再结晶而析出,用气相色谱法测定留存于清液中的水份,从而计算出维生素C样品中水份含量。本法具有操作简便,快速,结果可靠等优点,可用于维生素C产品的质量评价。
Vitamin C moisture content is an important quality indicators, the general requirements of less than 0.2%. Gravimetric method is currently used in the factory production, time-consuming and inaccurate. Someone used Karl Fischer method, but not applicable. In view of the determination of water by gas chromatography has been widely used in other fields, this article will be applied to the determination of trace moisture in vitamin C. The vitamin C sample was heated to dissolve in a certain volume of dehydrated n-butanol, cooled and then crystallized and precipitated. The moisture content retained in the supernatant was determined by gas chromatography to calculate the moisture content in the vitamin C sample. This method is simple, fast, reliable results, etc., can be used for vitamin C product quality evaluation.
