Effective classroom refers to the problem of accurate design, create the appropriate situation to student self-display and interactive exchange as the mainstay of the pursuit of teachers and the key point-based as the core of the classroom. This article discusses the implementation strategy and value pursuit of effective classroom through the evaluation process of primary school mathematics “a number divided by decimals ” class.
