广东珠海市近日公布《珠海市突发公共卫生事件应急办法 (试行》)。《办法》在内容上具有以下特点 :一是突出了应急系统 ,使得各部门职责分明、操作性强。《办法》明确应急系统的组成 ,从指挥、预警到控制、救护、保障环环相扣、形成链条 ,其分类方式在国内有关立法中尚属首次。
Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province recently announced the “Contingency Measures for Public Health Emergency in Zhuhai City (Trial)”. The “Measures” have the following characteristics in terms of content: First, they highlight the emergency system, making the various departments have clear responsibilities and strong operability. The “Measures” specify the composition of the emergency system, from the command and warning to the control, rescue, and security interlocking to form a chain, and its classification method is the first time in domestic relevant legislation.
