翻斗车制动系有前轮制动和四轮制动两种型式。本文分析四轮制动翻斗车的制动系,其空载、满载的理想制动力分配曲线恰与汽车相反。故在选择同步附着系数φ_0时,翻斗车应按空载工况,汽车则应按满载工况。文中还讨论了翻斗车简单非平衡式制动器的优化设计,以制动器效能因数K_(ef)最大为基础进行优化设计,决定制动器结构参数的优化值。
Dump Truck braking system has two types of front brake and four brake. This paper analyzes the braking system of four-wheel brake dump truck, and the ideal braking force distribution curve of no-load and full-load is just the opposite of that of the automobile. Therefore, the choice of synchronous adhesion coefficient φ_0, dump trucks should be no-load conditions, the car should be full load conditions. The paper also discusses the optimal design of simple unbalanced brake of dump truck, and optimizes the design based on the maximum of brake efficiency factor K_ (ef), which determines the optimal value of structural parameters of brake.
