搅拌磨是一种新型高效超细粉碎设备。本文研究了搅拌磨制备超细滑石粉过程中矿浆浓度、球料比、介质种类及给料粒反对制粉效果的影响。结果表明,用搅拌磨可制得粒校小于1μm的超细滑石粉,工艺简单。分析了搅拌球磨过程中产品白度的变化及搅拌磨的能量效率。制得的超细滑石粉(-1μm)填充PP塑料,可提高制品性能,降低成本。
Mixing mill is a new type of high efficiency ultrafine grinding equipment. In this paper, the effects of the concentration of slurry, the ratio of ball to material, the type of media and the effect of feed particles on the milling efficiency were studied during the process of preparing ultrafine talc by agitating mill. The results show that the use of mixing mill can be made of particle size less than 1μm talcum powder, the process is simple. The change of whiteness and the energy efficiency of the agitated mill during the milling process were analyzed. The resulting ultra-fine talcum powder (-1μm) filled PP plastic, can improve product performance, reduce costs.
