目前已有17家企业获得总发权,获得总发权后,这些企业发展态势如何,为记录企业成长,见证行业发展,从本期开始,我们特推出总发老总系列访谈。第一位来到访谈会客厅的是现已成为民营书业一面旗帜的志鸿教育集团总裁任志鸿先生。记者:获得总发权的企业开始第二轮扩张,目前志鸿进展如何?任志鸿:简而言之,我们的目标是专注文教图书发展,目前正从以下几个方面稳步推展。在获得“双权”之前,志鸿发行模式单一,基本上走民营渠道,获得双权之后,作出了更多的规划和扩张,由单一模式演化为四种模式,即民营渠道模式,直销模式,系统征订模式和第二品牌模式。民营渠道的重要性自不待言,直销独立出来,设计自身发展。过去几年,企业保持有400人直销队伍,但主要是依附在民营渠道上。现在要由400人扩大到700、1000人,每人负责15个学校,提供精细服务。系统征订指新华、教育系统的征订,系统征订是国内外文教图书的一个基本策略,计划经济时代的征订太垄断,让人有逆反心理,但在市场经济下这也是必要的一个策略,我们要尊重文教图书业态特点。
