目的探讨等热量而血糖负荷(GL)不同的配方膳食对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者餐后血糖的影响,并探索其在糖尿病饮食管理中的应用价值。方法采用随机交叉设计,87例初诊T2DM患者随机分组,先后接受低GL膳食或高GL膳食治疗,治疗期3 d。结果低GL膳食和高GL膳食的三餐2 h后血糖(2 hPG)分别自(9.76±0.35)mmol/L,(9.79±0.27)mmol/L和(9.71±0.40)mmol/L升至(10.68±0.55)mmol/L,(10.40±0.60)mmol/L和(10.59±0.63)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论低GL膳食治疗可改善T2DM患者的2hPG。
Objective To investigate the effect of different calorie load (GL) formulas on postprandial blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and to explore its value in the management of diabetic diet. Methods Randomized crossover design was used in 87 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM who were randomly assigned to receive either low-GL or high-GL diet for 3 days. Results The blood glucose (2 hPG) increased from (9.76 ± 0.35) mmol / L to (9.79 ± 0.27) mmol / L and (9.71 ± 0.40) mmol / L to ( 10.68 ± 0.55) mmol / L, (10.40 ± 0.60) mmol / L and (10.59 ± 0.63) mmol / L, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions Low GL diet improves 2 hPG in T2DM patients.
