The physical and mechanical properties of various metals and non-metallic materials at low temperatures are different from those at normal temperature. The freezing process is based on the low-temperature characteristics of the workpiece materials, cutting the workpiece temperature to the required low temperature. It is easy to cut a workpiece that is difficult or impossible to cut using a conventional method at normal temperature. However, due to the workpiece cooling, loading and processing are required at low temperatures, so the application of frozen processing has been greatly limited. Currently used frozen cutting methods are generally two. One is the use of refrigerators to provide cooling parts for cooling; the other
