介绍了某三等甲级医院辅诊楼的加层改造设计过程中,在方案、计算、构造、施工等多方面遇到的问题及解决方法。通过增设钢筋混凝土支撑和加固原有剪力墙的方式,解决原有结构因剪力墙设置不当造成的地震作用下扭转超限问题。简述了对此种类型的钢-混凝土混合结构采用多种计算模型和阻尼比进行的分析比较。针对加固改造工程中应注意的设计和施工方面的问题提出建议,供类似工程设计时借鉴参考。
The problems and solutions encountered in the design, calculation, construction, construction and other aspects of the retrofitting design of a third class A hospital are introduced.
