自Cohn等1974年首次生前诊断右室梗塞以来,有关该综合症的报告逐渐增多,对其诊断方法也进行了较广泛地研究。我院半年间发现急性右室梗塞2例、现将其临床资料作简要报告,结合有关文献着重就急性右室梗塞的诊断方法进行探讨。 Since the first diagnosis of RV infarction in 1974 by Cohn et al., There has been an increasing number of reports of this syndrome and a wider range of diagnostic methods have also been studied.
