通过实验测定,初步了解了枣果在不同生育期和青枣经过保鲜冷藏处理,加工成蜜枣后 Vc 和糖含量的变化情况。
Through the experimental determination, the changes of Vc and sugar content of jujube were preliminarily understood at different growth stages and jujube after fresh and cold storage, and processed into jujube.
