采用盆栽试验对污泥堆肥使用安全性进行评价,在此基础之上,通过基于变异系数的权重评价与田口方法相结合,对生长综合指标进行分析,筛选基质配方。结果表明:污泥堆肥的使用会造成土壤镉污染,但由于移栽恢复期,紫薇根部对镉仍具有富集能力,因而,通过2年的生长吸收,可实现土壤环境质量达标;紫薇各生长指标权重中,地径最高,株高最低,且二者均与其他指标形成显著性差异;超过2/3的处理组,紫薇生长综合指数显著高于对照组;污泥堆肥、聚天冬氨酸对于紫薇生长的影响显著,其中污泥堆肥影响程度最高;在这一试验条件下,最佳配方中污泥堆肥、复合肥、杀菌剂及聚天冬氨酸的水平分别为4.5kg、20g、0.3g及1.2‰。
The pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the safety of sludge compost. On the basis of this, the comprehensive index of growth was analyzed and the matrix formula was screened through the weight evaluation based on coefficient of variation and Taguchi method. The results showed that the use of sludge compost could cause soil cadmium pollution. However, due to the enrichment ability of crape myrtle root to cadmium during the recovery period, the soil environmental quality could be achieved through two years of growth and absorption. Among the index weights, the highest diameter and the lowest plant height were observed, and both of them were significantly different from other indexes. The growth index of Lagerstroemia speciosa was significantly higher than that of the control group in more than 2/3 of the treatment groups. Acid had a significant impact on the growth of crape myrtle, of which sludge composting had the highest degree of impact; under these experimental conditions, the best composted sludge compost, compound fertilizer, fungicide and polyaspartic acid levels were 4.5kg, 20g , 0.3g and 1.2 ‰.
