赤眼蜂越冬保种,是赤眼蜂生产中的重要环节。近两年来,我们对越冬后的赤眼蜂蜂种,采用适时加温催蜂接种的方法,取得了良好的保种效果。1975年11月底,我们保存了150万头蜂种越冬,1976年2月中下旬加温繁蜂2500万头,除自用外,还供应了兄弟地区、县的林科所。1974年冬,我们在观察柞蚕卵内松毛虫赤眼蜂自然越冬的过程中,发现子蜂从卵到蛹期发育多为正常。1975年3月底发育到成蜂阶段,当时平均气温在10℃以内,据解剖观察,成蜂活动力弱,常因咬不破卵壳而成批死亡,羽化率很低。在低温条件下,少数羽化的种蜂活动力也弱,寄
Trichogramma overwintering conservation species, Trichogramma production is an important part.
