目的依据WHO《多模式手卫生促进策略和实施工具》在全院开展手卫生促进活动,从而提高医务人员的洗手依从性。方法 2011年7-12月在全院39个病区,根据手卫生的5个时刻,采用直接观察的方法,记录医务人员在手卫生干预前后的洗手依从性。结果医务人员的洗手依从性在手卫生促进活动后有明显提高,由原来29.6%上升至51.5%,其中医师和护士的洗手依从性分别由21.7%、41.6%上升至38.9%、59.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各洗手指征的依从性除清洁/无菌操作前外均有显著性地提高;外科、内科和老年科的医务人员的洗手依从性也均提高>50.0%。结论通过WHO多模式手卫生促进策略的一系列手卫生干预措施,医务人员的手卫生意识和洗手依从性均有了明显提高,并逐步建立起良好的手卫生习惯。
OBJECTIVE To develop hand hygiene promotion activities throughout the hospital based on the WHO Multi-modality Hand Health Promotion Strategy and Implementation Tools to improve the hygiene compliance of medical staff. Methods From July to December in 2011, 39 wards in the hospital were set up. According to the five times of hand hygiene, direct observation method was used to record the compliance of medical staff before and after hand hygiene intervention. Results Medical staff’s compliance with hand hygiene promotion increased significantly from 29.6% to 51.5% after hand hygiene promotion. Among them, the medical compliance of doctors and nurses increased from 21.7% and 41.6% to 38.9% and 59.4% respectively. The differences (P <0.05). The compliance of the handwashing indications was significantly improved except before cleaning / aseptic operation, and the hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff in the surgical, medical and geriatric families also increased by> 50.0 %. Conclusions The series of hand hygiene interventions promoted by the WHO multi-modality hand hygiene promotion strategy have markedly improved hand hygiene awareness and hand hygiene compliance among medical staff and gradually established good hand hygiene habits.
