目的 探讨父母养育方式与医学生人格特征的关系。方法 采用“父母养育方式问卷”和“艾森克人格问卷”对 1 60名医学生进行测定 ,并对父母养育方式与人格特征进行相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果 1父母的情感温暖、理解(FF1 、MF1 )与医学生的内外向 (E)呈显著正相关 ,母亲的过度干涉与保护 (MF2 )、父亲的严厉惩罚 (FF2 )与医学生的内外向(E)呈显著负相关。其中 MF2 对 E的影响更为显著。 2父母的情感温暖、理解 (FF1 、MF1 )与医学生的精神质 (P)呈显著负相关 ,父亲的过度保护 (FF6 )与医学生的精神质 (P)呈显著正相关。其中 FF6 对 P的影响更为显著。 3父亲的情感温暖、理解 (FF1 )与医学生的神经质 (N)呈显著负相关 ,父母的严厉惩罚 (FF2 、MF4 )和拒绝否认 (FF5、MF3)、父亲的过分干涉 (FF3)与医学生的神经质 (N)呈显著正相关。其中 MF3对 N的影响更为显著。 4父母的严厉惩罚 (FF2 、MF4 )和母亲的拒绝否认(MF3)与医学生的掩饰 (L)呈显著正相关。其中 MF3对 L的影响更为显著。结论 父母养育方式对医学生人格特征有重要的影响 ,预防医学生的人格问题需要父母采取良好的养育方式。
Objective To explore the relationship between parental rearing patterns and personality traits of medical students. Methods A total of 160 medical students were tested using the Parental Rearing Questionnaire and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. Correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were conducted between parental rearing styles and personality characteristics. Results 1 Parents’ feelings of warmth, comprehension (FF1, MF1) were significantly and positively correlated with medical students’ extroversion (E), mother’s excessive interference and protection (MF2), fathers’ severe punishment (FF2) (E) was significantly negative correlation. Among them, the influence of MF2 on E is more significant. There was a significant negative correlation between FF1, MF1 and psychic quality of Pupils (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between FF6 and psychoticism (P) of Parents. Among them, the effect of FF6 on P is more significant. (3) There was a significant negative correlation between FF1 and neuroticism (N) of medical students, severe punishment of parents (FF2, MF4) and rejection of denial (FF5, MF3), father’s excessive interference (FF3) Raw neuroticism (N) was significantly positively correlated. Among them, the effect of MF3 on N is more significant. 4 Parents ’severe punishment (FF2, MF4) and mothers’ denial of denial (MF3) were significantly and positively related to the cover of medical students (L). The influence of MF3 on L is more significant. Conclusion Parental rearing has an important impact on the personality traits of medical students. Preventing the personality problems of medical students requires that parents take good parenting styles.
