目的通过对患者出院病历回收方法进行持续改进,从而提高病历回归率。方法采取对诊疗组进行考核和利用移动飞信的通信功能。结果考核后全院85个医疗组2011年5-12月出院病历平均回收天数在3天以内的占70%,2012年下半年利用移动飞信的通信功能后,实施前后出院病历回收天数的比较,P值<0.05有统计学意义,且全院出院病历平均回收天数从4.12天降到2.80天。结论通过对诊疗组考核和利用移动飞信的通信功能,从而促进了病历回归率的提高,具有推广意义。
OBJECTIVE To improve the medical record return rate by continuously improving the method of recovering patients’ medical records. Methods to take the assessment of the treatment group and the use of mobile Fetion communication. Results After the examination, 85 medical teams in the hospital from May to December in 2011 collected 70% of the average recovery days in less than 3 days. After comparing the days of discharge of medical records before and after the implementation of Mobile Fetion in the second half of 2012, P value of <0.05 was statistically significant, and the hospital discharged the average number of days recovered from 4.12 days to 2.80 days. Conclusion Through the assessment of the medical team and the use of Mobile Fetion communication capabilities, thus contributing to the improvement of the medical record regression rate, which has the promotion significance.
