我们从1970年起紧紧抓住茶园土壤改良、适当增加种植密度(4.5×0.8尺,每亩1666丛),注意间作绿肥,增施茶园肥料和提早幼令茶树剪采等几项关键性技术,使1972年春直播的4.79亩茶园四年生时(1975年)亩产干茶达108.1斤,1972年春用一年生茶苗移栽的1.98亩茶园五年生时(1975年)亩产干茶达150.8斤,比本所大面积茶园单产提前两年进入百斤关。茶树的长势也较好,四年生直播茶树树高达61.1厘米,树幅达106.1厘米,五年生移栽茶树树高达59厘米,树幅达118.6厘米。
