在真空干燥器中,加入一定量待测气体的水溶液,保持真空干燥器中待测气体浓度恒定。利用此装置研究了氨气浓度、三聚磷酸二氢铝吸附大气和水蒸气后,对三聚磷酸二氢铝吸附氨气动力学的影响。结果表明,三聚磷酸二氢铝吸附氨气,可用一级动力学方程和Elovich动力学方程模型描述;氨水浓度对吸附量和平衡吸附时间有显著影响;三聚磷酸二氢铝吸附空气后,对吸附量和平衡吸附时间无影响;三聚磷酸二氢铝吸附水蒸气后,对吸附量和平衡吸附时间均有影响。
In a vacuum dryer, add a certain amount of gas to be measured in an aqueous solution, keeping the concentration of the gas to be measured in the vacuum dryer constant. The effects of ammonia concentration, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate adsorbed on the air and water vapor on the kinetics of ammonia adsorption by aluminum triumphosphate were studied. The results showed that the adsorption of ammonia gas by aluminum tripolyphosphate can be described by the first-order kinetic equation and the Elovich kinetic model. The ammonia concentration has a significant effect on the adsorption capacity and the equilibrium adsorption time. After adsorbing the air with aluminum triphosphate, The amount of adsorption and equilibrium adsorption time has no effect; aluminum trihydrate condensation of water vapor adsorption on the amount of adsorption and balanced adsorption time have an impact.
