中国邮政自2000年以来,一直注重邮政信息化和电子商务的发展工作。通过几年来的实际运作,已经取得了一定的成效,邮政的服务水平和信息化能力也有了较大幅度的提高。目前,邮政11185呼叫中心规模和受理量稳步增长,邮政短信业务系统已经成功投入使用,183网上支付业务得到积极拓展,183网站日访问量超过2万次以上,邮政支付网关累计交易额超过15亿元。
Since 2000, China Post has been focusing on the development of postal informationization and e-commerce. After several years of actual operation, some achievements have been made and the postal service level and informatization capability have also been greatly improved. At present, the size and reception amount of postal 11185 call centers have been increasing steadily. The postal SMS business system has been put into operation successfully. 183 The online payment business has been actively expanded. The daily traffic of 183 websites has exceeded 20,000 times, and the total amount of postal payment gateways has exceeded 1.5 billion yuan.
