从生长动力学角度研究了 ( Bi, Pb)2 Sr2 Ca Cu2 Ox 超导相反应历程及成相规律。应用差示热分析 ( D T A), X 射线衍射 ( X R D), 扫描电镜 ( S E M), 能量色散谱仪 ( E D S) 等手段详细分析了所得样品的成分、成分改变过程和微观形貌。结果表明: ( Bi, Pb) 2212相形成过程符合按成核生长机理进行的固相反应动力学关系。较大的过冷度下, 长时间的退火处理过程有利于有织构的( Bi, Pb)2212 相形成。
The reaction history and phase transformation of (Bi, Pb) 2 Sr2 Ca Cu2 Ox superconducting phase were studied from the viewpoint of growth kinetics. The composition and composition of the samples were analyzed in detail by means of differential thermal analysis (D T A), X-ray diffraction (X R D), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (E D S) And micro-morphology. The results show that the formation of (Bi, Pb) 2212 phase is in accordance with the solid - phase reaction kinetics by nucleation mechanism. Larger undercooling, prolonged annealing process is conducive to textured (Bi, Pb) 2212 phase formation.
