关于常建的生年,论者颇有争议,提出了不同的说法。本文依据常建诗文及其相关史料,考辨诸说之失误,特别是张学忠先生之说;然后考辨出常建生卒年,其约生于武则天万岁登封元年(公元696年),约卒于唐玄宗天宝十一载(公元752年),享年五十有七;并且对其生平行谊,如释褐授官、隐居鄂渚西山、诗作等问题,亦提出了新见解。 As for the year of birth of Chang Chien-kang, the commentators are quite controversial and have put forward different opinions.
